The Smart 320 Evo is the next stage in the evolution of IEMCA barfeeders for sliding headstock lathes. Capable of machining bars from 3 to 20 mm diameter, it dominates the market thanks to its simple operation, flexible re-tooling and compact dimensions.
IEMCA understands the requirement to design and create well structured barfeeders, and the Smart 320 Evo features the highest structural rigidity in its class.
HEADSTOCK SYNCHRONICITY
The Smart 320 Evo features a mechanical device which synchronises the movement of lathe headstocks with absolute reliability and precision. This function is guaranteed, regardless of the size of the bars, or the length of the parts.
FLEXIBILITY
Thanks to IEMCA's revolutionary snap-in guide channels, retooling the Smart 320 Evo takes only 2 minutes.
RIGIDITY
The structural rigidity of this barfeeder allows a moment of inertia that is up to 50 times greater than that of other products in this class.
BAR GUIDANCE
The Smart 320 Evo is equipped with a self-centering bushing device, which is built into the front of the barfeeder, and which guides the bar when it is turning.
ON REQUEST
The Smart 320 Evo is also available in a version with the conventional IEMCA handheld keypad.
