Next 25 is an innovative and unique automation solution designed for multi-spindle lathes combining extremely easy handling with high performance.
This compact loader handles 3 mm to 25 mm bars and, by using dedicated guide channel sizes on bar stock diameters, is rated for up to 10,000 RPM spindles speeds.

The Next 25 automatically loads the bar into the lathe. Bar stock feeding is then controlled by the lathe using either the feeding fingers or the bar pulling option when available.

Next 25 has a 220 mm linear magazine capacity. Bar selection is completely automatic and diameter set up is quick and simple.

Bar loading  is controlled by Next using a brushless motor driving a worm screw providing both precise feeding and high torque. Bar changeover time could require as little as 6 seconds, depending on the lathe cycle.

Changeover time for each guide channel set is less than 2 minutes thanks to the Iemca Snap-In system.
